Odessa Uno

Ballet Master, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Competition Coach, Adult Program

Odessa Mae Uno is a Filipino American movement based artist currently based in Southern California. Ms. Uno is a graduate of the California Institute of the Arts and the most recent recipient of the San Diego's Young Choreographer's Competition. With a mission to make dance an accessible art form, she develops and nurtures spaces that encourage movement as therapy, investigation, and celebration.

"I believe that dance has the power to strengthen mentally, physically, and emotionally. As a teacher my goal is to push students to work with thoughtfulness and specificity that transcends the dance studio. I am grateful to be able to work with the fantastic students at Ooh La La, and I am excited to continue seeing their growth!"

Yolie Yarborough

Acrobatics, Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Competition Coach

Yolie Yarborough has a diverse background in the performance arts ranging from various genres of dance, show choirs, competitive/spirit cheerleading, musical theatre and circus performance. Yolie has also had leadership experience as multiple Team Captains throughout her performance experiences. 


"After a severe back injury, I have been antsy to get back into the world of performance, and it was through Ooh La La that I was able to start dancing again regularly and eventually start teaching again. I am so grateful to be given the opportunity to work with a small business that gives so much back to its community and students. I am eager to share my knowledge as a dance teacher to our big family at Ooh La La!"

Miranda Giles
Ballet Master, Acrobatics, Contemporary, Jazz,

Miranda Giles is a professional ballet dancer with Golden State Ballet and has been dancing for 21 years since she was three. She has won multiple YAGP awards and trained with School of American Ballet along with Joffrey Ballet and Pacific Northwest Ballet. In her free time she works on her Sundress Collection, enjoys Hot Yoga and reads. 


"I have a passion for teaching children and am so excited to be teaching with Ooh La La Dance academy. When I first visited the studio it instantly felt like home and like a family."

Alexis Roche
Youth Program, Ballet, Contemporary, Competition Coach

Lexie has studied many styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop and acro.  She has had an opportunity to take classes from some of the leading teachers and choreographers in the field and has competed at both the regional and national levels, winning several awards. Lexie joined her high school dance team as a freshman where she performed at school events, such as pep rallies and football games. Lexie began teaching and assisting at Aerial Achievements in 2018 under the direction of Kelly Conaway and began at Ooh La La in 2021. Lexie attends SDSU where she is studying education while attaining a teaching credential to fulfill her dreams of becoming an elementary school teacher.

"I am excited to merge my passion for dance and love of children at Ooh La La Dance Academy by teaching new skills while instilling confidence, self-esteem, and the importance of supporting other’s successes."

Nalani Dikitanan
Youth Program, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acrobatic, Jazz, Competition Coach

Nalani has studied many styles of dance including ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop and some tap. She has had the opportunity to learn from many instructors that are prominent in the dance industry including Kyle Hanagami, Whitney Bezzant, Dee Caspary, and many more. Nalani has competed at many regionals and nationals throughout her years of studio dance, winning multiple awards and scholarships. She has also had the opportunity to assist many of her mentors and help inspire many dancers. Nalani is currently attending SDSU and is in her junior year of college as a kinesiology major, in hopes to become an occupational therapist. Nalani is currently on the Nationally Winning SDSU Dance Team and teaching at Ooh La La Dance Acadmy.

Ellie Delbridge

Ellie Delbridge started her first day of dance class at age 2 where she grew up dancing just about every day. Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Salsa, & Musical Theater are among the styles that Ellie studied and danced competitively. Ellie graduated from Orange County School of the Arts in 2014, where she studied Commercial Dance and achieved the title of “Best Lyrical Dancer” for the class of 2014. Ellie was admitted into San Diego State University as a Dance major and graduated in 2018. In her Professional career of Dance, Ellie has been featured in the music video “For Once” by J.Hofstee & "Buffalo Highway" by Wes Chiller and is currently the Director of Ensemble, one of our Ooh La La Revue performance groups.


"I am excited to assist in the growth of my students' technique in Adult Ballet/Jazz, Contemporary & Beg. Heels classes on Monday nights, as well as create a positive community of dancers who wish to perform with the stunning ladies of Ooh La La Revue."

Janelle Murphy

Born and raised in Southern California, Janelle is an experienced dance instructor and performer. Under her belt, she had a degree in Dance and Neuroscience from the University of California Irvine. She is also a certified group fitness instructor with experience from multiple training facilities. Janelle’s dance experience includes The Los Angeles Rams Cheer Team, Super Bowl LIII, French Montana, YG, Disney Entertainment, Unity Dance Ensemble, and more. Currently she is one of the directors of The Ooh La La Revue in San Diego.

"I aspire to help dancers in my community feel confident, train their artistry, and have fun in the dance studio! I love the community here at Ooh La La and can’t wait to see you in class!"

Clifton Hayes III
Adult Program,
Hip Hop

Clifton Hayes III, Dancer, Choreographer and teacher is a native San Diegan from City Heights. Hayes journey to dance began at the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts (SDSCPA). There he studied with many master teachers and was trained in many different techniques of dance including Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Latin, Ballroom, and Musical Theater. Through after school clubs and classes at Culture Shock Dance Center, The World Beat Center and GLO Unlimited, I developed my skills in Hip Hop, African, Breakdancing, Latin and Bollywood Dance. Credits include Donald McKayle, Tessandra Chavez, Wayne Brady, Saweetie, Nick Cannon, Quavo, James Maslow and Jai Rodriguez.
